On July 4, 2020, Qingdao Tiansu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. held its 2020 Mid-Year Summary Meeting. The session commenced with a keynote address by Deputy General Manager Ms. Yang Hui, themed "Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves: Seeking Stability through Development." Highlighting the company's rapid progress in the first half of the year, Ms. Yang announced an upward revision of this year's sales target and introduced a bold new strategic goal: to double sales revenue within the next three years. Following this, department heads presented comprehensive summaries of their respective operations for the first half of the year.
To conclude the business sessions, General Manager Mr. Xie highly commended the company's outstanding performance, which achieved a remarkable 160.85% increase in sales revenue and a 228.62% surge in profits during the first half of the year. He then presented awards and cash bonuses to outstanding employees, including Ms. Liang Xiaotong and Mr. Jiang Yong from the Shanghai Office for their exceptional sales performance during the pandemic; Mr. Tan Jie, Manager of International Business Department I, for his outstanding contribution to completing the Jiutai Energy Grade-A Plan ahead of schedule; and Mr. Zong Xiaoquan from International Business Department II for his active support in procurement. During the meeting, Mr. Zong Xiaoquan was also officially announced as the newly promoted Business Supervisor.

In the afternoon, all departments engaged in a highly enthusiastic brainstorming session centered around the new development goals. Colleagues actively shared insights, fostering robust cross-departmental communication and learning. Ultimately, International Business Department II and the Documentation & Logistics Department were awarded the "Outstanding Brainstorming Bonus." Through these productive discussions, the team achieved strong alignment on the new targets and formulated a comprehensive action plan, providing both the ideological motivation and practical roadmap necessary to achieve the company's three-year sales doubling goal.
