On July 18, 2021, Qingdao Tiansu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. held its 2021 Business Seminar, chaired by Deputy General Manager Ms. Yang Hui. This year’s event featured a uniquely refreshing format, taking place at a scenic garden café at the southern foot of Fushan Mountain. Overlooking the sea, the picturesque and tranquil setting provided an inspiring backdrop for the team.

At the beginning of the seminar, General Manager Mr. Xie encouraged a relaxed and lively atmosphere, inviting everyone to speak freely. Accompanied by flowers, cakes, fresh fruits, and tea, colleagues from the business departments shared ideas and sparked inspiration amidst cheerful conversations and laughter.

During the experience-sharing session, Ms. Liang Xiaotong, Manager of the Shanghai Office and H1 Top Sales Champion, along with Ms. Liu Yijun from Business Department IV, who showed remarkable progress and renewed passion, delivered inspiring speeches that were met with enthusiastic applause. Representatives from various business departments, including Ms. Xu Zhenzhen, Ms. Xie Nan, and Ms. Wang Caidi, presented comprehensive summaries and proposed over a dozen constructive suggestions. Several of these valuable insights were immediately adopted and implemented on the spot. The seminar concluded with department managers reviewing and summarizing their respective work for the first half of the year.

Although the path of business expansion is not without its thorns, we will remain united in heart and purpose, riding the wind and breaking the waves toward future success!
