SHAN COUNTY – On the afternoon of March 6, Shan County No. 2 High School held a grand ceremony to present the 2018 Inspirational Scholarships. Since its establishment in 2011, the Tiansu Inspirational Scholarship has been successfully awarded for four consecutive sessions, continuing its mission to support promising students.

The ceremony was attended by key school leadership, including Principal Yan Dewen, Vice Principals Wang Huaiqiu, Qu Zhiqi, and Li Shilei, as well as Qi Duntao, Director of the Human Resources Department.

The event proceeded with three main agenda items. First, Gao Jie, Director of the School's Teaching and Research Office, introduced the origins of the scholarship. On behalf of the school, he extended heartfelt gratitude to the founders of the Tiansu Inspirational Scholarship—Mr. Xie Kongzhu, a distinguished alumnus of the class of 1986, and his wife, Ms. Lu Weidong.

Subsequently, school leaders presented awards to the 20 outstanding students who received the Inspirational Scholarship this year.

The ceremony concluded with an inspiring speech by Principal Yan. He encouraged the students to always remember their roots and practice gratitude. He urged them to strive relentlessly in the face of challenges, aspiring to become future industry leaders and pillars of society who will give back to their alma mater, serve the community, and benefit the people.
